目的探讨兔抗人足细胞蛋白抗体诱导的新型膜性肾病大鼠模型靶抗原的初步定位。方法观察第28天模型组大鼠血清和免疫后的兔血清分别在正常大鼠肾组织、正常人肾组织和正常人足细胞的定位。结果免疫后的兔血清和第28天模型组鼠血清均可见沉积于正常人肾组织、正常大鼠肾组织基底膜外侧和足细胞结合。兔血清和人足细胞的细胞浆和细胞膜均能结合,鼠血清和人足细胞在足突部位结合最多。结论新型被动性膜性肾病模型靶抗原初步定位为足突。
Objective To investigate the preliminary localization of target antigens in rat model of membranous nephropathy induced by rabbit anti-human podocyte protein antibody. Methods On the 28th day, the serum of the model group and the rabbit serum after immunization were respectively located in the kidney of normal rats, normal human renal tissues and normal human podocytes. RESULTS: Serum from the immunized rabbit serum and the 28th day of model group were all deposited in the normal human renal tissues, and the outside of the basement membrane of the normal rat kidney and podocytes were bound. Rabbit serum and human podocyte cytoplasm and cell membrane can be combined, rat serum and human podocytes in the foot site most binding. Conclusion The new passive membranous nephropathy model target antigen is initially located in the foot process.
