针对塔河油田各类管线出现的断裂、断开、补漏、蹩劲、变形等问题的不断增多。在处理这类问题时,目前国内油田没有合适的省时省力的工具。在进行上述工作时,基本采用的是人工扶正、千斤顶驱,麻绳牵引、铁丝拉摽、撬杠撬正的方法。存在工作时效低,人员劳动强度大,影响原油产量,甚至极易造成人员伤害等问题。技术人员开展了管线扶正对中器的研制和应用。通过现场调查和调研,研制了新型管线扶正对中器。该装置的应用,不仅减少了维修人员数量,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产时效,降低了成本,降低了安全风险,为油田增产稳产做出了积极贡献,在油田及社会生产中具有广阔的推广应用前景。
