Objective To analyze the changes of C-reactive protein (CRP), leukocyte and immunoglobulin (Ig) levels in children with acute infection of childhood pneumonia, and to explore the corresponding treatment and nursing measures and clinical effects. Methods Sixty children with confirmed bacterial pneumonia diagnosed and treated in pediatric outpatient department and inpatient department of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group and 60 normal children in the same period were selected as the control group, Children were collected before and after treatment during a certain period of venous blood for serum CRP concentrations and blood routine testing. Results The CRP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, Ig A was lower than that in the control group, but Ig M and Ig G were generally higher, WBC was significantly larger, CRP in severe children was higher than that in mild children Lower than mild children, Ig M, Ig G value is higher than mild children. After treatment, the CRP, Ig and WBC values in children were significantly changed, which were close to normal values, and there was no significant difference between recovery and control group (P> 0.05), and the positive rates of CRP and WBC in convalescent children Rate lower than the value of the acute phase, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of CRP, Ig and WBC values can be used to confirm the diagnosis of pneumonia in children with acute infection and to evaluate the clinical curative effect. However, combination of Chinese and western medicine and integrated nursing can help the children recover well and deserve clinical promotion.
