一、培训基地面临的问题1.“建设高素质干部队伍”的要求,使现有基地“力不从心”。建设高素质干部队伍和不断培养造就一大批高素质的领导人才是时代的需要,也是进行经济建设和政权建设的紧迫任务。高素质的形成虽然需要多方面的培养和实践锻炼,但至少需要一流水平的培训。对于因历史原因而形成的学科结构较单一、培训设施落后的大部分基地来说,已越来越难以适应新形势的需要。就知识更新而言,领导干部急需更新和掌握的计算机、外语、金融、工商管理、法律、国际贸易和现代管理知识,大部分培训基地是不具备讲授、训练条
I. Problems Facing Training Bases 1. The requirement of “building a contingent of highly qualified cadres” will make existing bases “powerless.” It is the needs of the times to build a contingent of highly qualified cadres and continually cultivate a large number of highly qualified leaders. It is also an urgent task for economic construction and the building of political power. Although the formation of high quality requires a wide range of training and practice, but at least first-class level of training. For most of the bases which have formed a single discipline due to historical reasons and whose training facilities are outdated, it has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the new situation. In terms of knowledge updating, leading cadres urgently need to have updated and mastered computers, foreign languages, finance, business administration, law, international trade and modern management knowledge. Most training bases do not have the teaching, training
