采用原子荧光法测定了水中的砷含量,讨论了载流和还原剂的选择及其对实验的影响,选择了适宜的实验条件,对仪器线性范围、检出限及精密度进行考察,结果表明本方法测定水中痕量砷的相关系数R=0.9994,砷的检出限为0.06ug·L-1,相对标准偏差为0.73%,用加标回收实验考察方法的准确度,加标回收率为96.2%~102.8%,表明本方法具有较好的准确度,可以应用于水样中砷含量的测定。
The content of arsenic in water was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The selection of current-carrying and reducing agent and its influence on the experiment were discussed. The suitable experimental conditions were selected and the linear range, detection limit and precision of the instrument were investigated. The correlation coefficient of trace arsenic in water was R = 0.9994, the detection limit of arsenic was 0.06ug · L-1 and the relative standard deviation was 0.73%. The accuracy of the method was tested by spike recovery test and the recoveries were 96.2% ~ 102.8%, indicating that this method has good accuracy and can be applied to the determination of arsenic in water samples.
