目的 探讨 193 nm准分子激光在穿透性角膜移植术中的应用价值。方法 实验组兔单眼用准分子激光制作植床 ,对照组兔单眼用常规机械性环钻制作植床 ,然后 2组均行穿透性角膜移植术。术后 2、4、8、12周行角膜地形图检查散光 ,并同期取角膜作光镜及电镜检查。结果 12周实验组散光小于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。组织学检查示实验组植床切缘光滑、锐利 ,板层结构完整 ,12周时供受体吻合处纤维排列整齐 ,衔接良好 ,似正常角膜。结论 在穿透性角膜移植术中应用非接触性、无热效应的准分子激光制作植床 ,可提高环钻质量 ,减少移植片表面的不规则性 ,使手术效果得到改善
Objective To investigate the value of 193 nm excimer laser in penetrating keratoplasty. Methods The experimental group of rabbits monocular with excimer laser to make the bed, the control group of rabbits monocular monocular production using conventional mechanical drilling, and then two groups were penetrating keratoplasty. 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after corneal topography astigmatism examination, and cornea for the same period for light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results The astigmatism of the 12-week experimental group was smaller than that of the control group (P <0.05). Histological examination showed that the margins of the experimental group were smooth and sharp, and the lamellar structure was intact. At 12 weeks, the fibers at the anastomotic sites were arranged neatly and well connected, which seemed to be normal cornea. Conclusion The application of non-contact, non-thermal effect excimer laser in implanting penetrating keratoplasty can improve the quality of diamond and reduce irregularities on the surface of the graft so as to improve the operation effect
