当用户的需求确定以后,企业就可以运用两种基本的生产控制法(推动式和拉动式)开始进行生产了。这样既可避免不必要的库存,又可以更好地面向客户。而要实现这一概念,相关的设计也应随之而变。在大多数情况下采用的是集中存贮结构,这种结构导致缺乏透明度和长距离运输。基于这种原因,在这个案例中引用了一种新的组织结构,即分散式组织结构。这样将实现直接根据装配部门的需要存贮必需部件。最后,在规划过程中要同时对员工的观念及思维进行培训,以提高其工作质量。
When the user’s needs are determined, the company can begin production with two basic production control methods (push and pull). This avoids unnecessary inventory and better customer orientation. To achieve this concept, the relevant design should also change. In most cases, a centralized storage structure is used, which results in a lack of transparency and long-distance transportation. For this reason, a new organizational structure, the decentralized organizational structure, was cited in this case. This will enable the storage of the necessary components directly according to the needs of the assembly department. Finally, in the planning process, employees’ concepts and thinking must be trained to improve the quality of their work.
