超限车辆直接造成公路提前损坏甚至破坏 ,因此急需加强管理。该文依据经济学的“引发费用公平”原则 ,采用“厚度增量法”分析超限车辆引起的公路投资的额外支出 ,尔后根据不同类型车辆在不同超限程度时对路面的损坏效果 ,分摊所有责任费用 ,最终提出超限车辆对公路损坏的补偿费率标准。
Out of vehicles directly caused by the road damaged or damaged in advance, so the urgent need to strengthen management. Based on the principle of “fair cost inducing” in economics, this paper analyzes the additional expenditures on highway investment caused by overrun vehicles by using “thickness increment method”, and then allocates the damage to the road according to different types of vehicles at different overrun levels All responsibility costs, the ultimate proposed toll vehicle damage toll rates.
