近年来,为了培养政治素养高、人文素养厚、专业技能精、实战能力强的监狱一线管教民警,根据中央政法委提出的“教、学、练、战”警务人才培养理念,浙江警官职业学院刑事执行专业大胆探索,勇于创新,努力探求新形势下培养合格至优秀监狱人民警察的新思路、新路径,以适应当前我国经济、政治、社会与法治建设的根本需要,应对当前我国监狱根据社会发展形势和在押犯构成的新变化对监狱人民警察的新要求、新挑战,改革并探索出了一条具有中国特色的警学结合的行之有效的刑事执行专业人才培养新模式。
In recent years, in order to cultivate the first-line police discipline in prisons with high political accomplishments, strong humanistic accomplishments, professional skills and practical combat capabilities, according to the concept of “training, learning, practicing and fighting” police personnel raised by the Central Political and Legal Commission, Zhejiang Police career colleges boldly explore the criminal enforcement profession, make bold innovations and strive to explore new ideas and new ways of cultivating the people’s police qualified to outstanding prisons in the new situation so as to meet the current basic needs of China’s economic, political, social and legal construction and respond to the current situation of our country Based on the social development situation and the new changes made by prisoners in prison, the prison posed new requirements and new challenges for the people’s police in prisons, and reformulated and explored a new mode of training criminal professionals with the combination of Chinese characteristics and police.
