和谐的师生关系是影响学校教育教学活动效果的重要因素之一,并贯穿于教学过程的始终。师生关系的好坏关系到学校教育教学质量的优劣,和谐的师生关系是一所学校正常工作运转的关键所在。目前职业技术院校的学生多数是来自弱势群体的家庭,他们来到学校时或多或少都有自卑感,同时他们绝大多数个性较强。面对社会压力、就业压力的增大,和谐师生关系的建立对学生、教师、学校的作用都是非常巨大的。和谐的师生关系本身就营造了一种学习氛围,而课堂气氛温馨和谐有助于提高学生学习的积极性。职业学校师培养的是高素质的劳动者和初级专门人才,呼唤新型的和谐师生关系的构建。本文分析了影响职业学校师生关系的主要因素,从分析当前职业学校师生关系现状入手,针对问题阐述了职业学校和谐师生关系的有效措施。
Harmonious relationship between teachers and students is one of the important factors that affect the effectiveness of school education and teaching activities and runs through the teaching process. The relationship between teachers and students is related to the pros and cons of the quality of school education and teaching, and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the key to the normal operation of a school. At present, most of the students in vocational and technical colleges are from disadvantaged families. When they come to school, they have a sense of inferiority more or less. At the same time, they are mostly individualized. In the face of social pressure, increasing employment pressure and the establishment of harmonious relations between teachers and students, the role of students, teachers and schools is enormous. Harmonious teacher-student relationship itself creates a learning atmosphere, and warm and harmonious classroom atmosphere helps to improve student learning enthusiasm. Vocational school teachers are trained high-quality laborers and junior professionals, calling for a new type of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This article analyzes the main factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students in vocational schools. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in vocational schools, this paper elaborates the effective measures for the relationship between teachers and students in vocational schools.
