胆固醇是人体不可缺少的物质。它不仅是人体组织的组成成分,还是合成许多重要物质的原料,但是长期大量摄入胆固醇不利于身体健康,会使血清胆固醇升高,增加患心血管疾病的危险,并诱发脂肪肝。美国洛玛琳达大学研究人员的一项最新研究成果显示,10种食物可降低胆固醇。
Cholesterol is an indispensable substance in our body. It is not only a component of human tissue, but also a raw material for synthesizing many important substances. However, chronic long-term consumption of cholesterol is not conducive to good health, raising serum cholesterol, increasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and inducing fatty liver. A new study by researchers at Loma Linda University in the United States shows that 10 kinds of foods can lower cholesterol.
