本文报告经迷路后—幕上—幕下联合入路行桥小脑角肿瘤切除术7例,介绍了手术方法及结果。本术式可以从桥小脑角的上面前面及外后下面同时进入桥小脑角区,有利于肿瘤全切及保留面神经与听神经的功能,值得深入探讨。 This article reported that 7 cases of cerebellopontine angle tumor resection were performed after the labyrinthine-above-the-curtain joint approach. The surgical methods and results were described. This method can enter the cerebellopontine angle area from the top front of the cerebellopontine angle, the outside and the back, and is beneficial to the total tumor resection and the preservation of facial nerve and auditory nerve functions.
