实施“整体追赶、局部跨越”的经济发展战略 ,既可以提高我国经济的整体实力 ,又可以形成自己的拳头产品、产业 ,形成自己的国际先进技术 ,这是我国经济发展的必然。目前 ,实施这一战略 ,从人才战略的高度看 ,具有重要的时效性 ;从产业发展的差异看 ,具有很大的必要性 ;从区域发展的特征看 ,则具有一定的可行性。我们必须抓住机遇 ,结合国情采取有效措施 ,使我国经济走上可持续发展之路
To implement the economic development strategy of “pursuing the whole as a whole and partially leaping out” can not only raise the overall strength of our economy, but also form our own fist products and industries and form our own international advanced technology, which is an inevitable result of our economic development. At present, the implementation of this strategy is of great time-effectiveness from the perspective of talent strategy. It is of great necessity to look at the differences in industrial development. From the perspective of the characteristics of regional development, it is feasible. We must seize the opportunity and take effective measures in light of our national conditions so that our economy will embark on a path of sustainable development
