所谓“高温固溶球化处理”,是将试样加热到AC_3(或ACm)以上,使其钢奥氏体化,随后进行沸水淬火,冷至500~400℃时,再放入所需温度的炉中进行球化处理。本试验以T10A、Cr2WMn、3Cr2W8V为例,对高温固溶球化处理的效果进行了探索。结果表明,经过1~3小时的处理,就能获得碳化物细小、分布均匀的球化组织。这与12~16小时的常规球化处理的效果相当,因此,高温固溶球化处理是一种省时、节能并容易实施的工艺。
