一年一度的教师节又到了,不由得越发怀念以教师为终身职业的父亲。我的父亲徐智是一位普通的中学教师。他解放前念过两所大学,武汉大学和西南联大,英语和数学成绩尤为优异。解放后任教于眉山中学,始授英语,后教数学。他先后教过的学生成百上千,有不少人在上世纪五六十年代升入大学,毕业后成为医生、教师、工程师、科研工作者、各级干部和技术人才。2007年秋,眉山中学举办百年校庆,历届学生返校参加校 The annual Teacher’s Day has arrived again, can not help but more miss the teacher as a lifelong father.
