为充分发挥轧机现有的板形控制能力,提高产品的实物板形质量,针对某1550UCMW冷连轧机板形闭环控制模型的缺点,建立板形闭环控制仿真模型,选取四种典型的板形缺陷模态对原模型进行了优化。仿真结果表明,优化后的板形控制模型控制迭代次数少,并明显地增S强了板形调控能力,尤其是对高次板形的调控能力。
In order to give full play to the existing plate shape control ability of the rolling mill and improve the physical shape quality of the product, aiming at the shortcomings of a plate closed-loop control model of a 1550UCMW tandem cold mill, a closed-loop control simulation model was established and four typical plate- Modal optimization of the original model. The simulation results show that the optimized control parameters of the plate-shaped control model have fewer control iterations and significantly increase the shape control ability of the plate, especially the control ability of the high plate shape.
