国家决定在“九五”末到2010年重点加快“五纵七横的公路”的建设。按照这一要求,到2010年,“五纵七横的主干线”基本建成,全国公路总里程达到145万公里,高级、次高级路面将达到70万公里。 为了要掌握我国筑养路机械发展的主动权。以应对WTO的挑战,今后我国筑路机械的技术创新及发展趋势可归纳为以下几个方面: 1)采用先进的柔性机械制造技术,提高我国筑养路机械的整体水平。 筑养路机械产品技术应基于市场和用户研究,以及新技术发展的应用,经过知识加工形成的关于新产品策划设想、概念构思和性能规划,适应市场经济的需要。
The state decided to accelerate the construction of “five vertical and seven horizontal highways” by the end of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period to 2010.
