建设沿海经济隆起带是把河北省建设成为沿海经济社会发展强省的突破点,产业链体系的建设是打造沿海经济隆起带的关键。唐山作为经济总量占全省五分之一强的河北经济第一强市,加快培育壮大功能完备、结构优化、具有竞争优势的产业链体系,对河北省打造沿海经济隆起带,进而实现建设沿海经济强省的战略目标,具有明显的带动作用和重要的战略意义。本文主要以唐山为切入点,对如何优化主导产业链体系,助推沿海经济隆起带建设提出对策建议。
The construction of a coastal economic uplift zone is a breakthrough point in building Hebei Province into a strong province in coastal economic and social development. The construction of an industrial chain system is the key to creating a coastal economic uplift. Tangshan, as one of the top economy cities in Hebei Province with a total economic output accounting for more than one fifth of the province, has accelerated its efforts to cultivate and strengthen an industrial chain system with complete functions, structural optimization and competitive advantages, and build a coastal economic uplift zone in Hebei Province so as to achieve construction The strategic goal of a strong coastal economy has obvious lead role and important strategic significance. This paper mainly takes Tangshan as an entry point, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the leading industrial chain system and boost the construction of the coastal economic uplifts.
