通过分析测试 ,研究了云南曲靖大庆一井 C9煤中矿物质的化学成分、矿物成分及其赋存状态。结果表明 ,高硅难选煤中 Si O2 矿物质系同生化学和生物化学成因 ,它们以微米~纳米的粒度与有机质紧密结合 ,分布均匀 ,此结合形式正是合成 Si C原材料所要求的。用高硅煤矸石和低阶烟煤合成 β Si C已取得初步成功 ,西南储量较丰富的高硅难选煤为合成 Si C提供了硅源和碳源。
Through the analysis and testing, the chemical composition, mineral composition and occurrence status of minerals in C9 coal of Daqing-Weijing, Qujing, Yunnan Province were studied. The results show that the Si O2 minerals in high-silicon refractory coal are of symbiotic and biochemical origin. They are closely integrated with the organic matter in the size range of micron to nanometer, and the distribution is uniform. This combination is exactly what is required for the synthesis of Si C raw materials. The synthesis of β Si C with high-silicon gangue and low-grade bituminous coal has achieved initial success. The high-silicon refractory coal with rich reserves in the southwest provides silicon and carbon sources for the synthesis of Si C.
