维护学校的正当权益,是一个很重要的问题。近几年来,我省各地对维护学校的正当权益,做了许多工作,也取得了一些成绩。但是,在一些地方和单位,侵占学校土地,侵吞学校财产,殴打人民教师等现象还时有发生,严重干扰学校的正常教学秩序。定远县和砀山县人民政府对保护学校的正当权益,做出明确规定,大家遵守,这个做法很好。
Maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of schools is a very important issue. In recent years, many provinces across the province have done a lot of work to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of schools and have also made some achievements. However, in some places and units, the invading of school land, the misappropriation of school property, and the assault of people’s teachers have occurred from time to time, which seriously interferes with the school’s normal teaching order.
