循环流化床(CFB)锅炉清洁燃烧技术是以固体颗粒作为床料,通入空气形成流化床的高效、低污染的清洁燃烧技术。高硫石油焦因其含硫量高通常只能用作CFB锅炉的燃料,经CFB锅炉脱硫燃烧后产生的飞灰(简称CFB飞灰)的化学组成和矿物成分决定着它的应用领域,为此本试验研究了CFB飞灰的化学组成和矿物成分。结果表明,CFB飞灰的主要成分为CaSO4、CaCO3和CaO,含量分别为50.95%、16.02%、21.82%,无定形碳含量为4.7%,剩余6.51%杂质。CFB飞灰可部分取代石灰和石膏用于加气混凝土、蒸压砖和砂浆等多种建材的生产,社会、经济效益显著。
Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler clean combustion technology is solid particles as the bed material, the introduction of air to form a fluidized bed efficient, low-pollution clean combustion technology. Due to its high sulfur content, high-sulfur petroleum coke can only be used as fuel for CFB boilers. The chemical composition and mineral composition of fly ash (CFB fly ash) generated after desulfurization and combustion of a CFB boiler determine its application fields. This experiment studied the chemical composition and mineral composition of CFB fly ash. The results show that the main components of CFB fly ash are CaSO4, CaCO3 and CaO, the contents are 50.95%, 16.02% and 21.82% respectively, the amorphous carbon content is 4.7% and the remaining 6.51% impurities. CFB fly ash can partially replace lime and gypsum for aerated concrete, autoclaved bricks and mortar and other building materials production, social and economic benefits significantly.
