员工是企业最有价值的资产之一,员工的工作态度决定着企业的兴衰成败。然而不同的激励措施产生的效果却不尽相同。本文从期望理论的角度分析了对员工实现有效激励的条件,并对企业员工激励措施的制定提出了建议。
Employees are one of the most valuable assets of an enterprise. The attitude of employees determines the success or failure of an enterprise. However, different incentives have different effects. This paper analyzes the conditions for effective employee motivation from the perspective of expectation theory and puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of employee motivation measures.
