在体育教学中,通过和谐施教,创设和谐的体育课堂,是激发学生运动兴趣,提高学生体育认知水平,使学生更加自觉、主动地参与体育教学活动,帮助其养成终身体育意识的有效方式。体育教师应在体育教学中认真研究教材内容,根据教材和学生的特点采用多样的教学和练习手段,切实优化体育教学的人文、物质教学环境,推行“适应个体”的过程性教学评价体系,从而营造生动、活泼、和谐的体育课堂。
