中国的文化创意产业市场正在蓬勃兴起,是未来又一个经济的增长点,但融资难问题成为我国文化创意企业发展的困扰。同时,由于文化创意企业自身资金投入量大、投资回报的周期长、价值评估难等特点加大了其融资难度。在国外发达的资本市场上,文化创意知识产权证券化的发展在一定程度上缓解了其融资难的问题。面对我国具体国情,我国也进行了文化创意知识产权证券化的尝试。本文主要从我国文化创意知识产权证券化融资模式的应用展开分析,深刻了解目前我国文化创意知识产权证券化现状与不足,并提出一些建议。
China’s market for cultural and creative industries is booming and is another economic growth point in the future. However, the issue of financing difficulties has become a problem for the development of cultural and creative enterprises in our country. At the same time, due to the large amount of funds invested by cultural and creative enterprises themselves, the long investment return period and the difficulty in valuing the value have increased the difficulty of financing. In developed capital markets in foreign countries, the development of intellectual property securitization of cultural and creative ideas has alleviated the problem of financing difficulties to a certain extent. Faced with the specific national conditions in our country, our country has also attempted to securitize the intellectual property of cultural creativity. This article mainly analyzes the application of the securitization financing model of cultural and creative intellectual property in China, deeply understands the present situation and deficiency of securitization of cultural and creative intellectual property in our country, and puts forward some suggestions.
