目的:观察分析正畸及联合修复的方法治疗牙缺损伴牙畸形的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2014年5月期间收治的牙缺损伴牙颌畸形患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采取单纯烤瓷牙修复方式进行治疗,观察组则采用正畸及联合修复的方法进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价和比较。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.7%,对照组治疗有效率为63.3%,组间比较观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用正畸及联合修复的方法对牙缺损伴牙畸形患者进行治疗,治疗有效率明显高于传统的烤瓷牙修复,且外形美观,患者满意度高。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effects of orthodontic and combined repair in the treatment of dental defects with dental malformations. Methods: Sixty patients with dental defects and dento-maxillofacial deformities who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group received simple porcelain Tooth repair method for treatment, the observation group was treated with orthodontic and joint repair methods, the treatment of two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, while that of control group was 63.3%. The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The method of orthodontics and joint repair is used to treat patients with dental defects and tooth deformity. The effective rate of treatment is obviously higher than that of traditional porcelain restoration, and the appearance is beautiful and the patient satisfaction is high.
