目的:探索临终关怀教育对临床医学专业学生心理健康和职业认同度的影响。方法选取进入临床开始实际接触患者的北京大学2010级和2011级临床医学专业42名学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组20名学生,实验组22名学生。对实验组学生开展临终关怀教学课程。并在课程开始前和结束后,应用症状自评量表90和职业认同量表,进行两次问卷测试。比较分析临终关怀课程对学生心理健康和职业认同度的影响。结果两组学生基础心理健康水平低于全国水平,职业认同度一般。接受临终关怀教学课程后,实验组学生心理健康水平和职业认同度高于照组学生,差异具有统计学意义。结论临终关怀教育能够在一定程度上促进临床医学专业学生的心理健康并提高职业认同度。“,”Objective To analyze the effect of hospice care education on psychological health and professional identity of clinical medical students.Methods Clinical medical students who were going to start to work in hospital were divided into control group and experimental group.Students in experimental group were accepted hospice care lessons.The questionnaire survey was conducted among all the students before and after the lessons by symptom checklist 90 and professional identity scale.Then we analyzed the effect of hospice care education on psychological health and professional identity.Results 42 students were included in our study in total,20 in control group and 22 in experimental group.The score of SCL-90 of all the students was lower than that of general population,and the score of professional identity scale was 3.14.After accepting the hospice care lessons,both the scores were higher in experimental group than that in control group.Conclusions Hospice care education can be helpful to the psychological health and professional identity of clinical medical students.
