作者对有奖职业应用性因素致畸影响的文献进行了广泛的综述与评价。得出了铅、甲基汞、电离辐射对婴幼儿发育期中枢神经系统(CNS)很可能有影响的假说。父母的职业性镉、有机溶剂、麻醉剂和杀虫剂接触,在引起子代CNS缺陷方面也可能起一定的作用。
The author conducted extensive reviews and reviews of the literature on the teratogenic effects of award-winning occupational applications. The hypothesis that lead, methylmercury and ionizing radiation are likely to have an impact on the central nervous system (CNS) during infancy and childhood development is derived. Occupational exposure of parents to cadmium, organic solvents, anesthetics and pesticides may also play a role in causing CNS defects in offspring.
