对在田间非隔离条件下连续种植的3 个品种脱毒薯,用血清学NCM- ELISA 方法检测甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFMV) ,调查侵染率和反应强度,第1 年就出现了较高侵染率,以后几乎每年增加1 倍,第3 年可接近对照水平。阳性强度也逐年增加,相关分析结果表明,病毒阳性增长率与鲜薯增产率呈极显著负相关。该结果从理论上证实了脱毒种薯使用年限为2 ~3a 。
