本文介绍了一个由摄象机,专用图象处理接口、特殊光学系统以及微型计算机组成的视觉焊缝跟踪系统。本方法采用直接摄取焊接溶池与焊缝图象的方法—被动式源式。通过图象处理、自适应双阈值控制、焊接溶池及焊的缝搜索与识别,求出它们之间的偏差。然后由微计算机控制伺服机拘。由于本方法采用直接观察目标的方法,因而它此采用摄取发射图形的方法有更强的视觉传感真实性及控制的实时性。本文还提出了一个快速图象处理接口以及一些实用的算法。
This article presents a visual seam tracking system consisting of a camera, a dedicated image processing interface, a special optics system, and a microcomputer. This method uses a direct intake weld pool and weld image method - passive source. Through the image processing, adaptive dual threshold control, weld pool and welding seam search and identification, to find the deviation between them. Then by the microcomputer control server arrest. Since this method adopts the method of directly observing the target, it adopts the method of ingesting the emission pattern to have stronger visual sensing realism and real-time control. This paper also presents a fast image processing interface and some practical algorithms.
