为了计算挤压管材时作用于圆锥阶段式挤压针上的力,作者提供了与挤压针在变形区任一位置相适应的几个公式。但是按照这些公式进行计算是相当繁琐的,特别在挤压变断面管材时,因为由于挤压针在行程中的位置不同,必须对挤压针的每个位置进行计算。为了简化计算起见,介绍一种按照类似皮尔林提供的计算图(图1)以挤压针在变形区局部位置情况为依据的方法。在这种情况下,作用于圆锥一阶段式挤压针上的力可以以代数和表示:
In order to calculate the force acting on the conical stage extrusion pin when extruding the tube, the authors provide several equations that fit the extrusion pin at any location in the deformation zone. However, the calculation according to these formulas is quite tedious, especially when extruding a variable-section pipe because each position of the extrusion needle has to be calculated due to the different positions of the extrusion needles in the stroke. In order to simplify the calculation, a method based on the calculation chart provided by Pilin (Fig. 1) is given based on the situation where the needle is pressed to the local position of the deformation zone.
