基于试验的铝合金地铁车体仿真模型计算精度研究谢素明1,郭峰1,程亚军2(1.大连交通大学交通运输工程学院,辽宁大连116028;2.中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司国家轨道客车工程研发中心,吉林长春130062)摘要:借助静强度试验数据,研究铝合金地铁车体仿真模型的计算精度。分析仿真结果与试验值存在误差偏大的影响因素并对其归类;通过四种不同的精细建模方法提高仿真模型的计算精度,结果表明:仿真结果与试验值具有较好的一致性,误差均小于10%,其建模方法可以推广到其它铝合金地铁车体性能仿真分析中。
Research on Calculation Precision of Simulation Model of Aluminum Alloy Metro Carbody Based on Test XIE Su-ming1, GUO Feng1, CHENG Ya-jun2 (1.College of Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Dalian Jiaotong University, Dalian 116028, China; 2.Changchun Railway Vehicle Co., Engineering Research and Development Center, Changchun 130062, China) Abstract: With the aid of static strength test data, the calculation precision of aluminum alloy metro body simulation model is studied. The influencing factors of large error between the simulation results and the experimental values are analyzed and classified. Four different precision modeling methods are used to improve the calculation accuracy of the simulation model. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental values, The errors are less than 10%. The modeling method can be extended to the simulation analysis of other aluminum alloy metro body performance.
