县级电力企业财务的管理工作多会利用分权的管理模式进行管理,然而这种方式并不能满足供电企业开展财务集约化管理的规定和要求。所以需要县级电力企业财务集约化管理工作进行深入的研究和分析。本文通过对县电力企业集约化管理工作中存在的问题进行概述,并针对实际管理的问题制定了相关的措施,先进行具体的分析。
County-level electric power enterprise financial management will be more decentralized management model to manage, however, this approach does not meet the requirements of financial-intensive enterprises to carry out financial management. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct intensive research and analysis on the financial intensive management of county power enterprises. This article summarizes the existing problems in the intensive management of county electric power enterprises, and formulates the relevant measures according to the actual management problems, and conducts the concrete analysis first.
