On August 23, 2005, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council signed Order of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China No. 443, promulgating the “Direct Marketing Management Regulations” to the public. Sept. 2 after a lapse of 12 days, the direct sales laws and regulations were formally announced by the Xinhua News Agency. From a certain point of view, the promulgation of the “Direct Management Regulations” excites the industry more than the contents of the regulations. Before the regulations were not announced, many executives at the direct selling model publicly denied their direct sales status. This is ridiculous in the outsider funny behavior, in fact, stems from the kind of deeply hurt the edge of the direct selling business sense.
