激励教育,是班主任较为常用而颇有效果的一种德育方法,我从事班主任工作以来,十分重视这种教育方法,经常运用目标、榜样、比较、期待以及物质和表扬等激发鼓励手段,帮助学生培养良好的政治思想品德。班级工作被动、呆板,主要原因在不会运用激励方法。激励能激发人的工作动机和行为。因此,班主任要善于激励,学生就会产生良好的兴趣,强烈的需要和动机,进而转化为巨大的内在驱动力。在此,我想结合个人的工作实践,浅谈自己对激励教育法的一点看法和体会。

Since I worked as a teacher in charge of a class, I have attached great importance to this method of education. I often use motivational measures such as goals, models, comparisons, expectations, materials and praise to help students Develop good political and ideological qualities. Class work passive, rigid, the main reason will not use the incentive method. Incentives can stimulate people’s work motivation and behavior. Therefore, the class teacher to be good at motivation, students will have a good interest, strong needs and motivation, and then transformed into a huge internal driving force. At this point, I would like to combine my personal work practices with my own views and understandings of the Incentive Education Law.
