晋察冀边区是中国共产党在敌后创立的第一块抗日根据地,不仅拥有重要的军事战略地位,还十分重视对妇女各项权益的保障,尤其在提高妇女参政权方面作出了突出贡献。边区政府通过在各项法律中确定妇女的参政权利、发展与培养广大妇女干部,使边区妇女踊跃参与到民主选举与政权建设之中。 The Jin-Cha-Ji Frontier is the first anti-Japanese base established by the Chinese Communist Party behind the enemy lines. It not only possesses an important strategic military status but also attaches great importance to the protection of all the rights and interests of women. In particular, it has made outstanding contributions to the enhancement of women’s political participation. By setting women’s right to participate in politics in all laws, the border government develops and nurtures a large number of women cadres so that women in the border areas actively participate in the process of democratic election and the building of political power.
