培训是企业与员工双方的共同行为,企业组织培训并为员工提供培训的必要条件,员工付出时间、精力等学习掌握培训内容,并在以后的工作中为企业和自己创造更高的价值。从企业来讲,应使培训的效用最大化,即培训的投资获得最大价值的回报。培训的效用等于培训所创造的利润减去培训的投入成本,要想使培训的效用最大化,就应该降低培训所投入的成本,提高培训创造的利润。
Training is the common behavior of both companies and employees. Enterprises organize training and provide the necessary conditions for the training of employees. Employees pay time and energy to learn the training content and create higher value for the enterprise and themselves in future work.
