一、前言 18CrNiWA钢是兵器工业中广泛使用的结构钢之一。在近年来对曲轴疲劳性能的研究中发现钢中有非马氏体组织存在。解剖曲轴进一步证实,截面尺寸小于30毫米处其金相组织为粒状贝氏体、马氏体、上贝氏体和下贝氏体的混合组织,且粒状贝氏体最多,约占50~70%。为研究粒状贝氏体对机械性能,尤其对疲劳性能的影响,用不同方法获得了这个钢的不同含量的粒状贝氏体组织,分别测定其机械性能,从而确定了粒状贝氏体含量对机械性的影响。
