利用氟盐作为覆盖剂,研究了氟盐的添加量对泡沫纯铝的回收率和泡沫再生铝力学性能的影响。结果表明:随覆盖剂含量的增加,闭孔泡沫纯铝的回收率呈先上升后下降的趋势,而泡沫再生铝的力学性能变化不大;与纯铝相比,泡沫再生铝的抗拉强度提高了100%,抗弯强度提高了100%以上,布氏硬度提高了50%以上。通过形貌观察和XRD分析,发现再生铝晶粒得到明显的细化,并形成了Al-Ti新相,这些现象对再生铝的力学性能起到细晶强化和第二相强化作用。
Fluoride salt was used as a covering agent to study the effect of the amount of fluoride salt on the recovery of pure aluminum foam and the mechanical properties of foamed aluminum. These phenomena play a role of fine grain strengthening and second phase strengthening on the mechanical properties of reclaimed aluminum.
