1.碎铁的损耗原因有以下几点:(1)铁水流入铁斗(铸铁模)时一部分从铁斗缝溢出流到履带下收集碎铁的簸箕中叫“簸箕碎铁”,占碎铁总量的70%左右。(2)冷却前铁模内晃出的铁水叫“冷却前碎铁”,约占总量的3%。(3)在喷水过程中,铁水呈小铁砂崩出,或在脱模时淌稀叫“冷却中碎铁”,约占2%。(4)铁块在首轮处脱模后掉入吊斗时铁角崩出叫“首轮下碎铁”,约占10%。(5)铁水缸扣渣时,带出一部分铁水和缸圈上带有的碎铁合称“扣缸碎铁”,约占10%以上。(6)跑铁、漏缸等事故损失叫“事故碎铁”,占数量很少。各项碎铁产生的原因及降低损失的措施:(1)簸箕碎铁:其中80%以上是由于轴套磨损斗缝
