目的:探讨分区输液护理及健康教育在门诊注射室中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年2~7月于浙江省台州市中心医院门诊部持续输液的患者200例进行研究调查,对注射室采取分区输液护理及健康教育措施前后患者对临床输液工作的满意度、健康教育知识理解率进行比较,分析并归纳分区输液护理及健康教育的应用效果。结果:通过在门诊注射室内实施分区输液护理及健康教育措施后,患者对门诊输液工作的满意度及对所教育知识的掌握度均有所提升。结论:实施分区输液护理及健康教育,切实提升了输液患者对临床输液工作的满意度,强化了输液患者对临床日常输液各种注意事项及输液知识的掌握程度,收到了较为满意的实施效果。
Objective: To explore the value of zonal infusion therapy and health education in outpatient injection room. Methods: From February to July 2016, 200 patients with continuous infusion in Outpatient Department of Central Hospital of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province were selected for investigation. The satisfaction and health of patients in clinical infusion before and after taking infusion therapy and health education in injection room were studied. Educational knowledge comprehension rate, analyze and summarize the application effects of district infusion nursing and health education. Results: Satisfactory patient satisfaction with outpatient infusion and mastery of educational knowledge were all improved through the implementation of zonal infusion therapy and health education measures in outpatient injection room. Conclusion: The implementation of zonal infusion nursing and health education has effectively improved the satisfaction of infusion patients in clinical infusion work, strengthened the attention of transfusion patients to clinical routine infusion and mastered the infusion knowledge, and received satisfactory implementation results.
