本文叙述了厚板铝合金熔化极氩弧焊工艺参数对宏观气孔的影响。指出,坡口尺寸及母材、焊丝的清理,是影响宏观气孔的最敏感因素。本文还比较了不同材料L4、LF6、LY12在鸽极氩弧焊时产生微气孔的倾向。
This article describes the thick plate aluminum melting TIG welding process parameters of macroscopic pores. Pointed out that the groove size and base metal, wire cleaning, macroscopic pore is the most sensitive factor. The paper also compared the tendency of different materials L4, LF6 and LY12 to produce micro-pores in pigeon arc welding.
