金陵饭店是我国目前最高的旅馆建筑,系延性框架及内核心筒结构。鉴于南京为七度地震区,因此进行了抗震设计。从设计单位香港巴玛登纳事务所的设计文件看,他们对抗震进行了不少工作。既按中、美及新西兰三国规范进行了静态设计,又用电算进行了动态分析。然而通过分析,仍发现存在一些问题,尤其是金陵饭店的自振周期T_1竟达7.887秒,这是超乎一般概念的,并与抗震计算自相矛盾。同济大学结构理论研究所对金陵饭店进行了现场测试,为分析提供了依据。
Jinling Hotel is currently the tallest hotel building in China, with a ductile frame and inner core tube structure. Since Nanjing is a 7-degree seismic zone, seismic design was carried out. Judging from the design documents of the design agency Hong Kong’s Ba Maddena Office, they have done a lot of work against the earthquake. The static design was carried out according to the norms of China, the United States, and New Zealand, and the dynamic analysis was performed using computerized calculations. However, through analysis, we still found that there are some problems, especially the Jinling Hotel’s natural vibration cycle T_1 as much as 7.887 seconds, which is beyond the general concept, and self-contradictory with the seismic calculation. The Institute of Structural Theory of Tongji University conducted a field test on Jinling Hotel to provide a basis for analysis.
