Various radionuclide-labeled bleomycins have been reported as tumor-positive imaging agents for the display of malignant tumors in vivo. The in vivo process of ~(99m)Tc-bleomycin (~(99m)Tc-BLM) is not stable enough, so there are few successful reports in this area. The authors report 32 patients with unilateral breast tumors treated with ~(99m)Tc-bleomycin before treatment.
