女性职员作为企业和事业单位等社会组织的重要组成部分,如何处理好女性职员在工作中适应复杂的工作要求以及维护良好的劳动关系都是我们必须进行思考的问题。文章以女性职工维护权益的意识形成为入口点,充分考虑女性职员在工作中的常见问题,从而强化其素质,依法维护其利益,从而让女性职员也能够为社会的发展做出应有的贡献。
As an important part of social organizations such as enterprises and institutions, it is a problem that we must think about how to deal with the problem of female staff adapting to complicated work requirements at work and maintaining good labor relations. The article takes the awareness of female workers’ rights protection as the entry point and takes full account of the common problems of female staff in their work so as to strengthen their qualities and safeguard their interests according to law, so that female staff can also make due contributions to the development of society .
