癌症患者血液中免疫复合物(IC)的作用是封闭肿瘤细胞表面抗原,或直接和效应细胞发生作用,以防止效应细胞对肿瘤的识别和攻击。据认为,这种起封闭因子作用的IC 是在肿瘤增殖时,肿瘤相关抗原和抗肿瘤抗体所形成的复合物。本文根据淋巴细胞Fc 受体和IC 作用的原理,用EA-花环形成抑制试验来检测白血病和淋巴瘤病人的IC,以探讨IC 和这些肿瘤临床特点的关系.
The role of immune complexes (ICs) in the blood of cancer patients is to block tumor cell surface antigens or directly interact with effector cells in order to prevent effector cells from recognizing and attacking the tumor. It is believed that this IC, which acts as a blocking factor, is a complex of tumor-associated antigens and anti-tumor antibodies as the tumor proliferates. In this paper, based on the principle of lymphocyte Fc receptor and IC function, EA-rosette formation inhibition assay was used to detect IC in patients with leukemia and lymphoma to explore the relationship between IC and the clinical features of these tumors.
