随着移动通信和无线网络的快速发展,移动网络的现实场景和发展趋势是一个包括多种接入技术的异构网络。作为异构网络中移动性管理的关键技术,垂直切换用于实现用户在不同接入系统之间的切换,以维持业务的连续性。文章综述了现有网络基于各层的切换技术以及采用跨层设计思想实现切换的方法,分析讨论了这些技术的优缺点,以便找到一种适合于特定问题的切换技术,并针对异构网络的接入认证、跨层协作和终端能耗等需要解决的问题提出了进一步研究的思路。
With the rapid development of mobile communications and wireless networks, the realistic scenario and development trend of mobile networks is a heterogeneous network that includes multiple access technologies. As the key technology of mobility management in heterogeneous networks, the vertical handover is used to implement the handover of users between different access systems to maintain the continuity of services. This paper summarizes the existing network switching techniques based on layers and the method of using cross-layer design ideas to achieve switching, analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies in order to find a suitable switching technology for specific problems, and for heterogeneous networks Access authentication, cross-layer collaboration and terminal energy consumption and other issues to be addressed to further study ideas.
