目的评价某电子连接器生产企业建设项目职业病危害控制效果。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价技术导则》等标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为:铅烟、二氧化锡、异丙醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正己烷、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、噪声等。经检测,噪声为78.4~83.8 dB(A),甲苯、异丙醇、正己烷、铅烟浓度分别为≤3.5、≤26.2、≤44.6、≤0.012 mg/m3,其他有毒物质均未检出。结论该项目基本符合国家相关标准规范的要求。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the construction project of an electronic connector manufacturer. Methods Based on the “Technical Guidelines for Evaluation of Control Effects of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects” and other standards, a qualitative and quantitative evaluation was conducted using occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests and occupational health examinations. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in this project are: lead, tin dioxide, isopropanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, n-hexane, acrylonitrile, styrene, noise and so on. After testing, the noise was 78.4 ~ 83.8 dB (A). The concentrations of toluene, isopropanol, n-hexane and lead smoke were ≤3.5, ≤26.2, ≤44.6 and ≤0.012 mg / m3, respectively. Other toxic substances were not detected. Conclusion The project basically meets the requirements of the relevant national standards and norms.
