目的了解消费领域食品用纸卫生质量,加强卫生监督管理。方法依据GB/T 5009.78-2003《食品包装用原纸卫生标准的分析方法》进行铅、砷、荧光性物质、脱色试验、大肠菌群、致病菌(肠道致病菌、致病性球菌)检测;按GB11680-89《食品包装用原纸卫生标准》评价。结果抽检的85件样品中,铅和砷含量合格率均100%;大肠菌群未超标,致病菌均未检出;荧光性物质阳性率69.4%,其中花底纸92.0%(46/50),糕点纸杯(纸垫)37.1%(13/35);脱色试验阳性率31.8%,均为糕点纸杯(纸垫)阳性,阳性率为77.1%(27/35)。结论抽检的食品用纸样品中部分不合格;须加大对消费领域食品用纸的监管。
Objective To understand the hygienic quality of food paper in the field of consumption and to strengthen supervision and administration of hygiene. Methods According to the method of GB / T 5009.78-2003, “Analysis Method of Hygienic Standard of Raw Paper Used in Food Packaging”, lead, arsenic, fluorescent substances, decolorization test, coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria (enteric pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic cocci) Testing; according to GB11680-89 “food packaging raw material hygiene standards” evaluation. Results The qualified rate of lead and arsenic were all 100% in the 85 samples sampled. The coliform bacteria were not over-standard and none of the pathogenic bacteria were detected. The positive rate of fluorescent substance was 69.4%, of which 92.0% (46/50) ), Pastry paper cups (paper pad) 37.1% (13/35), and the positive rate of decolorization test was 31.8%, both of which were positive with pastry cups. The positive rate was 77.1% (27/35). Conclusion The samples of foodstuffs sampled in the sampling were unqualified; the supervision of foodstuffs in the consumption area should be increased.
