对由南京军区医学动物实验中心以高胆固醇高血脂为定向选育目标所培育的起源于KM(昆明)小鼠的NJS近交系小鼠(动脉粥样硬化症动物模型),进行生化标志基因位点的遗传概貌测定,并与同样起源于KM小鼠的其他几个品系的遗传概貌进行比较。共测定了NJS品系小鼠12条染色体上的26个生化标记基因位点的基因型。结果表明,NJS基础群F_(22)成年小鼠的被测位点均已纯合,符合近交系小鼠的要求,所测定的遗传概貌可作为本品系小鼠今后遗传质量监测的判定指标。在NJS小鼠的第1号染色体上,异柠檬酸脱氢酶(Idh—1)位点呈纯合的b等
The NJS inbred strain mice (atherosclerosis animal model) originated from KM (Kunming) mice, which were bred by high cholesterol and hyperlipemia as the target of selective breeding, were collected from the Nanjing Military Area Medical Animal Experimental Center for biochemical marker gene The genetic profiles of loci were determined and compared with the genetic profiles of several other strains that also originated in KM mice. Totally 26 genotypes of biochemical marker loci on 12 chromosomes of NJS strains were tested.
