本文应用均相酶免疫法测定健康人利多卡因的体内动力学参数、t1/2α为3.93±1.85min,t2/1β为95.03±32.21min,v.为0.63±0.30L/kg。证实利多卡因静脉注射后其血热浓度的分布代谢呈二宝模型,而且其分布相的半衰期极短,一次静注100mg仅维持有效血药浓度几min.根据实验获得的药动学参数.如按首剂75mg静注,以后每隔5min静注50mg,共三次,并在首剂静注后以2mg/min的速度静滴维持的给药方案作理论预算,其结果符合治疗要求。
